A high-performance aerosol glass cleaner formulated to deliver streak-free, high-shine cleaning for glass, mirrors, windows, automotive glass and hard non-porous surfaces. Rapid evaporation, low residue, effective against dust, fingerprints, grease films and smudges.
Ideal for retail formats (250 ml / 500 ml) and contract/private-label supply via your facility.

Shake the can well before use.
Hold the can upright 20–30 cm from the surface to be cleaned.
Spray a light, even mist onto the surface or onto a lint-free cloth.
Wipe immediately with a clean, dry microfiber or lint-free cloth until clear and dry.
For heavy soils, spray again and use a fresh part of the cloth.
Do not use on untreated film-coated glass, or un-sealed porous surfaces (spot-test recommended).
Ensure good ventilation when using in enclosed spaces.

Labelling Requirements: Product name, size (250 ml / 400 ml), directions for use, hazard warnings, manufacturer/contract filler name & address, safety pictograms as per local regulation
Store upright in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
Protect from direct sunlight, heat, sparks, hot surfaces; do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C.
Keep away from open flames, ignition sources; no smoking.
Do not puncture or incinerate even when empty.
8. Transport & Regulatory Information
UN Number: UN 1950 (Aerosols) – follow local/ international ADR / IMDG / IATA requirements.
Hazard Classification: Flammable aerosol (depending on formulation) – pressurised container.
Labeling/Packaging: As per local regulations (India: Perform per IS/ISO/ADR guidelines for aerosols).
Compliance: Manufacturer to provide SDS, declaration of VOC content, and comply with Indian chemical regulatory regime (e.g., Chemical Accidents Rules, 2020), aerosol packaging standards.
9. Health, Safety & First Aid (Summary)
Hazards: Pressurised container. Flammable. Avoid inhalation of mist and contact with eyes.
First Aid:
Eye contact: Rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Seek medical attention if irritation persists.
Skin contact: Wash area with water and mild soap. Remove contaminated clothing.
Inhalation: Move person to fresh air; if breathing difficult, seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical advice immediately.
PPE Recommended (for bulk/filling operations): Gloves, safety glasses, ensure good ventilation.
Disposal: Empty aerosol cans should be disposed of or recycled in accordance with local regulations. Do not puncture or incinerate.
10. Quality Assurance & Testing
Manufacturing under controlled aerosol fill line (your units in Bangalore & Ahmedabad) with checks for fill-weight, valve performance, spray pattern, leak test.
QC for each batch: appearance, spray performance, fill‐weight accuracy, compatibility with can/valve/cap.
Visual and functional testing for “clean & streak‐free” performance. Option for independent third-party lab test for VOC, residue, compatibility if required by contract customer.
11. Private Label / Contract Manufacture Options
Custom product name, fragrance, can artwork/branding, size variant (250 ml & 500 ml).
Option to supply other sizes and formats (e.g., trigger spray, liquid refill) as part of contract manufacturing.
Minimum order quantity (MOQ), lead time, formulation adaption (fragrance, colour) to be quoted individually.
Brand owner to provide art-work, regulatory label compliance; K S Aerosol to provide filling, can sourcing, valve/actuator, crimping, packaging, coding services.
