Product Description

Heavy Duty Silicone Mould Release Spray is a premium-grade aerosol formulated with high-purity silicone oil to provide excellent release properties for plastic, rubber, and metal moulding operations. It prevents sticking and build-up on mould surfaces, ensuring smooth, glossy, and defect-free finished parts. Suitable for both thermoplastic and thermoset materials, it improves production efficiency and extends mould life.

Directions for Use

Clean the mould surface thoroughly to remove contaminants, old release agents, and residues.
Shake the can well before use.
Hold the can approximately 20–25 cm away and spray a thin, even film over the mould surface.
Allow solvent to evaporate before moulding.
Reapply as required depending on mould size and production frequency.

Storage & Handling

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.

Do not puncture or incinerate the can even when empty.
